Traditional vinification: gentle pressing in pneumatic press to extract the finest juice; temperature-controlled fermentation for several weeks to preserve the aromas; the wine is aged on its fine lees with a single filtration to give a greater finesse and freshness. An expressive nose of citrus fruits, peach, and apricot. Lovely full flavors on the palate with pleasing freshness. This wine is well-balanced, bright, juicy, round and full-bodied.
